Privacy Policy
Bloom, by Synvel · Last updated 3 July 2026
Bloom is built so that we cannot see your data. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What Bloom collects
Nothing. Bloom has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party code. We do not collect, receive, store, or share any personal information — including anything you log in the app.
Where your data lives
Everything you enter in Bloom — periods, symptoms, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone. Bloom does not operate any servers and does not sync your data to any cloud service.
Your data may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud or encrypted local backups) if you have backups enabled. Those backups are managed by Apple and your device settings, not by Bloom.
Deleting your data
You can erase all Bloom data from within the app at any time. Deleting the app from your iPhone also removes all of its data. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Health data
Bloom does not read from or write to Apple Health (HealthKit), and does not share cycle information with any other app or service.
Children
Bloom is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
Changes to this policy
If Bloom's privacy practices ever change, we will update this page and note the new date above. Because the app is local-only, we expect changes to be rare.
